Nathan Hyde has been the lead pastor at CrossWay Church since May 2007.  He and his wife Carolyn, who teaches Preschool, were married in June 2004 and have a daughter, Laura Marie.  Before coming on board at CrossWay Nathan served as Discipleship Pastor at SonRise Church in Berlin, Maryland.  Prior to that he was the youth pastor at Magna View Baptist Church in Talbott, Tennessee.  Nathan enjoys listening to other preachers, reading, watching sports, playing with kids, and eating Mexican food.  Among his favorite Bible verses is Joshua 1:9: “Have I not commanded you?  Be strong and courageous.  Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”  (A close second is Leviticus 13:40: “When a man has lost his hair and is bald, he is clean.”)

Josh Engle is the worship pastor at CrossWay, where his family has been actively involved since 1985.   Josh works in the fire department as an EMT and firefighter.  He enjoys motorcycles, music, and volleyball.  His favorite Bible passages are 1 John 4:7-21 and Romans 8:28: “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”
